The appointment of Barrister Vayani, an Advocate at the Supreme Court of Pakistan and Law Consultant, is effective from September 22, 2026. Her predecessor, Syed Shohrat Hussain Rizvi, an Advocate at the High Court, officially ended his tenure as the company's legal advisor on September 10, 2026.
