Karachi: TPL REIT Fund I has announced a change in its company secretary position, effective from August 1, 2026. The announcement was made in a formal report dated August 3, 2026.

Ms. Shayan Mufti, who had been serving as the company secretary, has ceased to hold the position. In her stead, Mr. Hasnain Wasim Ursani has been appointed as the new company secretary. This transition marks a significant administrative update within the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this change in the company's secretarial position falls within the designated market category for TPL REIT Fund I.
