Karachi: TPL Trakker Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 29, 2024, in Karachi. The primary agenda for this meeting will be to consider the company’s quarterly accounts for the period ending September 30, 2024, and to discuss the declaration of any entitlements.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a Closed Period from October 22 to October 29, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulations 5.6.1(d). During this period, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the company.

The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified about these developments accordingly.
