Karachi: BankIslami Pakistan Limited has announced a temporary suspension of trading for its Sukuk, identified as BIPLSC2, in light of forthcoming book closure dates, according to a statement released on June 25, 2025. The suspension period is set to commence on June 27, 2025, and will continue through June 30, 2025. Trading activities for the Sukuk are scheduled to resume on July 1, 2025.

The book closure, which is to occur from June 28, 2025, to June 30, 2025, marks the designated period for profit payments related to the Sukuk.
