Karachi: JS Bank Limited has announced a suspension of trading for its Term Finance Certificate [JSBLTFC4], as the financial institution prepares for the upcoming book closure. According to an announcement made on November 17, 2025, the bank has set the book closure dates from November 22, 2025, to November 30, 2025, to facilitate the 9th profit payment for the certificate holders.
The decision to halt trading will be effective from November 21, 2025. Trading activities for the TFC will remain suspended until November 30, 2025, with operations scheduled to resume on December 1, 2025.
