Trading Suspension Announced for Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited


Karachi: Trading in the shares of M/s. Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited will be suspended following the company’s decision to initiate voluntary winding-up proceedings. This action is part of a special resolution passed by the company, in line with Clause 5.11.2.(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations.



The suspension, as specified in the official PSX Notice No.PSX/N-007 dated January 01, 2025, is set to be effective from March 22, 2025. The suspension will remain in place until the company is delisted after meeting the necessary requirements, or for a period of 60 days, whichever comes first.



This measure has been implemented under the authority of the Exchange, as provided by Sub-Section (7) of Section 19 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.11 of the PSX Regulations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the decision is aligned with regulatory obligations concerning companies undergoing voluntary winding-up procedures.
