Trading Suspension of Fatima Enterprises Limited Shares Extended

Karachi: In a recent development, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has announced that the trading suspension of M/s. Fatima Enterprises Limited will continue, following the company's failure to address significant compliance issues. This decision, detailed in PSX Notice No. PSX/N-1098 dated November 14, 2024, comes as Fatima Enterprises Limited has yet to rectify non-compliance with key regulatory requirements.

According to the PSX, Fatima Enterprises Limited has not held its Annual General Meetings, failed to submit its annual audited accounts, and has outstanding dues to the Exchange, all of which are violations of Clause 5.11.1.(b)(c)(d) of PSX Regulations. As a result, trading in the company's shares will remain suspended for an additional 60 days, starting from January 14, 2025.

This continuation of suspension is enacted under the authority of Sub-Section (7) of Section 19 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.11 of the PSX Regulations. The designated market category affected is the PSX.
