According to a report filed on October 1, 2026, these transactions were carried out in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations concerning substantial shareholders and their associates.

The disclosure details the transactions conducted by Niamet Fatima Habib, the spouse of Abbas D. Habib, who is noted as a non-executive director. She acquired 287,500 shares at a rate of 153.00 per share, thereby increasing her cumulative shareholding to 11.35 million shares, which represents a 1.02% stake in the company.

Additionally, Ali Asad Habib, identified as an executive within the company, purchased 303,125 shares at the same per-share rate of 153.00. This acquisition brings his total shareholding to 11.23 million shares, equating to a 1.01% share in Bank AL Habib Limited.

Furthermore, Qasim Habib, another non-executive director, also executed a purchase of 303,125 shares under the same terms. With this transaction, his cumulative shareholding stands at 11.23 million shares, reflecting a 1.01% ownership in the company.
