The disclosure, dated September 16, 2025, provides detailed information about these transactions.

The report highlights two significant sales of shares by Treet Corporation Limited, a substantial shareholder. On September 11, 2025, Treet Corporation Limited executed a sale of 14,327,904 shares. Following this, on September 12, 2025, an additional 7,468,433 shares were sold. The cumulative shareholding percentage after these transactions stands at 84.33%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions are categorized as significant moves, reflecting notable activity within the designated market category. The sales are part of the regulated disclosure of interest by relevant persons holding the company's shares, as mandated by PSX regulations.

In accordance with the company's procedures, these transactions will be presented by the Company Secretary at the forthcoming Board of Directors meeting. The minutes of this session will be submitted via Form-30 through the PUCARS system.
