Karachi: Shareholders of Treet Battery Limited have disclosed significant transactions involving the sale of company shares, according to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The sales were executed by Treet Corporation Limited, a substantial shareholder of the company.

The transactions, dated November 8 and November 11, 2024, involved the sale of 2,912,134 shares and 34,953 shares, respectively. The shares were sold at rates of PKR 14.40 and PKR 14.39 per share. Following these transactions, the cumulative number of shares held by Treet Corporation Limited is 803,943,669, representing 91.12% of total shares after the first transaction, and 803,598,716, representing 91.08% after the second transaction.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions were conducted through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market.
