Karachi: An official disclosure of interest revealed that Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali has executed significant transactions in the certificates of Trust Modaraba. On May 13 and May 14, 2025, Mr. Pakhali purchased a total of 484,112 shares, thereby increasing his cumulative shareholding to over 12 million shares in Trust Modaraba.

According to the disclosure, the transactions were conducted in the Central Depository Company (CDC) ready market. On May 13, 2025, Mr. Pakhali acquired 207,712 shares at an average rate of 4.64 each. This transaction elevated his total shareholding in Trust Modaraba to 12,035,693 shares, representing 40.39% of the company's total shares.

The following day, on May 14, 2025, Mr. Pakhali further expanded his holdings by purchasing an additional 276,400 shares at an average price of 4.84 per share. This acquisition brought his overall stake in Trust Modaraba to 12,312,093 shares, accounting for 41.32% of the total shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions reflect a strategic increase in Mr. Pakhali's investment in the company.
