On June 5, 2025, Mr. Pakhali purchased 90,260 shares at an average rate of 6.43 per share. This transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 14,264,000 shares, accounting for 47.87% of the total shares.

Further, on June 10, 2025, Mr. Pakhali acquired an additional 495,749 shares at an average rate of 6.60 per share. This increased his cumulative shareholding to 14,759,749 shares, representing 49.53% of the total shares.
