Karachi: Trust Modaraba has disclosed a significant transaction involving one of its key stakeholders, Mr. Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali, according to a recent statement from the company. The acquisition took place on June 11, 2025, and involved the purchase of 75,024 shares at an average rate of 6.99 per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Pakhali's cumulative shareholding in Trust Modaraba now totals 14,834,773 shares, representing 49.78% of the company's total shares. The transaction was executed in the Central Depository Company (CDC) under the ready market category.
