Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited Proposes Significant Increase in Authorized Share Capital

Karachi: Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited has announced a proposal to significantly increase its authorized share capital. The decision was made during a board meeting held on September 25, 2026, as stated in the company's official report filed under the provisions of the Securities Act, 2015 and the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

The current authorized share capital of Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited is Rs.750 million, divided into 750 million ordinary shares valued at Re.1 each. The Board of Directors has approved a proposal to increase this capital to Rs.1 billion, allowing for 1 billion ordinary shares at the same value per share. This proposal is subject to the approval of shareholders through a special resolution at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for October 26, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this move is notable within the market category, indicating a significant shift in the company’s capital structure.
