According to the official disclosure, Haider Zameer Choudrey, a non-executive director of UBL, acquired a total of 1,539,598 shares over two separate transactions. On April 4, 2025, Choudrey purchased 1,511,718 shares at a rate of 481.32 per share, bringing his cumulative shareholding to 6,612,744, representing 0.53 percent of the company’s total shares. A subsequent purchase on April 7, 2025, saw him acquire an additional 102,880 shares at 475.02 per share, increasing his cumulative shareholding to 6,715,624 shares, or 0.54 percent of the total shares.

Similarly, substantial shareholder Umair Zameer Choudrey increased his stake in UBL through significant acquisitions. On April 4, 2025, he bought 1,550,000 shares at a price of 482.75 per share, raising his cumulative holdings to 6,562,809 shares, equivalent to 0.52 percent of the company’s total shares. A further transaction on April 7, 2025, involved the acquisition of 152,815 shares at 471.52 per share, which elevated his total shareholding to 6,715,624 shares, or 0.54 percent of the overall shares.
