Karachi, United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced that its 244th Meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on July 19, 2023, in Islamabad. The meeting aims to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the half-year ended June 30, 2023, along with the declaration of any entitlement.
In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations, UBL has declared a "Closed period" from July 10, 2023, to July 19, 2023, inclusive. During this period, no Directors, CEO, or Executives shall directly or indirectly deal in UBL shares in any manner.
