Karachi: United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene for their 252nd meeting on December 2, 2024. The meeting will focus on matters unrelated to the company's financial results, with any material information to be disclosed post-meeting.

In accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, UBL has declared a "Closed period" from November 26, 2024, to December 2, 2024. During this period, no directors, the CEO, or executives are permitted to engage in any trading of UBL shares, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period is mandated under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations to ensure transparency and integrity in trading activities.
