Karachi: United Brands Limited announced that its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, located on the Ground Floor, One IBL Center, Block No. 7 and 8, DMMCHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, as well as via video conferencing.

The AGM's agenda includes confirming the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2023. Members will also receive, consider, and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, along with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a key item on the agenda is the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The current auditors, M/s. A.F. Ferguson and Company, Chartered Accountants, having retired and being eligible, have offered themselves for re-appointment, with the board recommending their re-appointment.
