Karachi: United Distributors Pakistan Limited (UDPL) has announced the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for July 14, 2026. The meeting will take place at 16:00 at Dunkin, located at 32-C, 13th Lane, Bukhari Commercial Area Phase 6, Defence Housing Authority, Karachi, and will also be accessible via video conferencing.

The EOGM’s agenda primarily focuses on routine corporate governance matters, including the confirmation of the minutes from the Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2025. A significant item on the agenda is the election of seven directors to the company’s Board of Directors, as stipulated by Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017. This election will determine the board’s composition for the next three-year term starting from the meeting date.

The current board members, Mr. Ayaz Abdulla, Mr. Asad Abdulla, Mr. Najmul Hassan, Mr. M.
