Lahore, Jauharabad Sugar Mills Limited (JSML) announces that seven individuals have filed notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors of the company at its upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for September 07, 2023, in Lahore.

Pursuant to Section 159(3) of the Companies Act 2017, these candidates have expressed their willingness to serve as Directors of JSML. Importantly, the number of individuals offering themselves for election does not exceed the number of Directors determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with Section 159(1) of the Companies Act 2017.
