Urea Plant Operations to Halt for Maintenance in February 2025


Karachi: The Company has announced a temporary shutdown of its Urea plant operations starting February 17, 2025, due to unscheduled maintenance requirements. This stoppage is expected to last approximately four days. This decision is made in accordance with section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.6.1 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, and has been communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
