Karachi: Wah Nobel Chemicals Ltd has informed its shareholders that the final cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2023, has been successfully credited. The distribution, which amounts to Rs. 1.10 per share, was electronically transferred into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders on November 6 and 7, 2023.

In compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, dividends for shareholders who have not submitted their CNIC copies or active/valid bank account details (IBAN) have been withheld. Shareholders with physical shares are urged to provide the necessary information to the company's share registrar, while those holding shares through the CDC must submit their details to the CDC Investor Account Services or their participants to release the withheld dividends.
