The rescheduled meeting aims to review the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2024, and to consider potential entitlement declarations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), in conjunction with this rescheduling, Wah Nobel Chemicals has also declared a "Closed Period" from September 12 to October 01, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly with company shares, adhering to Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations.
