Islamabad: Wahdat Poultry Farm Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 29, 2026, to examine the financial statements for the first quarter ending September 30, 2026. The meeting will occur at the company's corporate office in E-11, Islamabad, and will also be accessible via video link.

The company has instituted a "Closed Period" in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, effective from October 22, 2026, to October 29, 2026. During this time frame, the directors, Chief Executive Officer, executives, and their spouses are prohibited from engaging in any share transactions involving the company.
