According to data provided for transactions executed on May 29, 2026, substantial buying and selling activities were carried out by Haroon Ahmad Khan and Hamza Ahmad Khan, both serving as executive directors at the company.

Haroon Ahmad Khan executed multiple transactions, purchasing 8.17 million shares at a rate of 10.37 per share. This acquisition increased his cumulative shareholding to 101.37 million shares, representing a 36.02% stake in the company. However, on the same day, Khan also sold an equivalent number of shares (8.17 million) at a slightly lower rate of 10.24 per share, reducing his stake to 93.20 million shares, or 33.12% of the company. Additionally, Khan sold another 1 million shares at 10.25 per share, further decreasing his holding to 92.20 million shares, accounting for 32.76% of the company. These transactions signify a big move in his shareholding pattern.

Meanwhile, Hamza Ahmad Khan was also active in the market, acquiring 2.315 million shares at the same purchase rate of 10.37 per share. This transaction brought his total shareholding to 6.56 million shares, equating to a 2.33% stake in the company. Subsequently, he sold 2.315 million shares at a rate of 10.24 per share, which lowered his cumulative holding to 4.24 million shares, or 1.51% of the company, indicating a big move in his shareholding as well.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions by the Khan executives are executed under the Central Depository Company (CDC) and reflect their ongoing strategic maneuvers in the stock market. The designated market category for these transactions is Non-Dealer Market (NDM) and Ready Market, which facilitated these substantial trades.
