Subsequently, these shares were sold at a rate of 9.99 per share in the ready market, reducing his cumulative holding to 89.35 million shares, accounting for a 31.75% stake. Similarly, Hamza Ahmad Khan, another executive director, engaged in parallel transactions involving 2.30 million shares.
