Lahore: WorldCall Telecom Limited has announced a revised schedule for its Board of Directors' meeting, shifting the date to Saturday, 29 August 2026. The meeting, initially planned for Friday, 28 August 2026, was canceled and rescheduled to take place at the company's head office in the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, at 4:00 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting includes the consideration and approval of the company's condensed interim financial statements for the half-year ending 30 June 2026, as well as any other matters that may arise. The meeting will also review both separate and consolidated financial statements for the half-year and quarter ending on the same date, in conjunction with the Director's Review Report and related issues as recommended by the Audit Committee.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), WorldCall Telecom Limited has declared a "Closed Period" from August 21, 2026, to August 29, 2026. During this period, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any form of share dealings, whether directly or indirectly.
