Lahore: In the 35th annual general meeting held on October 26, 2024, the shareholders of Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and appointed RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman Chartered Accountants as the company’s auditors for the upcoming year.

During the meeting, which took place at Lahore, the minutes from the last annual general meeting on October 27, 2023, were also approved and confirmed. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the board presented and confirmed the Chairman’s Review along with the Directors’ Report.

The resolutions included the appointment of the company’s auditors for the fiscal year 2024-2025, with the fees agreed upon mutually and subject to the approval of the chairman of the board.
