Lahore: Zephyr Textiles Limited has announced that its 30th Annual General Meeting will take place on October 28, 2026, at the company's registered office in Lahore. The meeting is set to commence at 10:30 AM and will address several key agenda items.

The primary focus of the meeting will be the confirmation of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2025. Shareholders will also be asked to consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2026, along with the accompanying reports from the Chairperson, Directors, and Auditors.

A significant point of discussion will be the appointment of auditors for the upcoming financial year ending June 30, 2027. The Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has proposed M/s. BDO EBRAHIM & CO. Chartered Accountants for this role.

Additionally, the meeting will provide an opportunity to address any other business matters that may arise with the permission of the Chair.
