Karachi, Gatron Industries Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled was held on October 26, 2021 at Quetta.
The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on October 26, 2020, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2021 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2022 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a Public Limited Company. The principal business of the Company is manufacturing of Polyester Filament Yarn through its self-produced Polyester Polymer/Chips. The Company also produces Pet Performs.
The total numbers of shares are 38,364,500. The Earnings per share is 27.65 in 2020 which was 46.78 in 2019. The Profit after Taxation is 1,060,633,000 in 2020 which was 1,794,735,000 in 2019.
