Karachi, Engro Fertilizers Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on November 17, 2021 at Karachi to consider the approve Annual Budget for the Year 2019-2020.
Engro Fertilizers Limited is a Public Limited Company incorporated on June 29, 2009 in Pakistan, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Parent Company namely as Engro Corporation Limited, which is a subsidiary of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited.
The principal activity of the Holding Company is manufacturing, purchasing and marketing of fertilizers, seeds and pestisides and providing logistics services.
