Further, the company has declared the closed period from August 18, 2021 to August 25, 2021.

The principal business activity of the company includes manufacture and sale of sugar. The stocks of the company are quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges of Pakistan. The mill is located at Deh Tharo Unar, District Shaheed Benazir Abad, Sindh, Pakistan. The sugar plant has a crushing capacity of 6,500 metric tons of sugarcane per day. The registered office of the company is located in Karachi.
