Karachi, Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on December 31, 2022 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming to elect two directors from the minority shareholder, has been cancelled due to sudden unavoidable circumstances and until further notice.
