Karachi, Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on Monday, 3151 July 2023, during which several important resolutions were adopted and significant decisions were made.

The first resolution passed at the EOGM stated, "RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the 30th Annual General Meeting held on 27th October 2022 be and are hereby confirmed and approved." This confirmed the validity and accuracy of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting, validating the proceedings held during that time.

The next term of three years commencing from 1st July 2023, subject to the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The newly appointed board members are:
