Karachi, Ali Shahzad, a prominent investor, has acquired 256,748 voting shares of The Pakistan General Insurance Company Limited at a rate of Rs. 4.8 per share on July 27, 2023. As a result of this transaction, Shahzad's total shareholding in the company has increased to 4,689,748 voting shares, now constituting 0.10% of the total issued voting shares of the company. Prior to this acquisition, Shahzad held 4,400,000 shares in the company.
