Karachi, AGP Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 24, 2023, in Karachi, with a video facility option, to deliberate on the company's Half Yearly Financial Statements for the period ending June 30, 2023, and to potentially declare any entitlements.

In accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the company has implemented a "Closed Period" from August 17, 2023, to August 24, 2023. During this time frame, no Director, CEO, or Executive of AGP Limited shall engage in any direct or indirect trading of the company's shares.
