The company, which did not disclose its earnings per share, declared a 40% distribution for its shareholders. The share price during the year fluctuated between Rs 12.45 and Rs 10.1, with a turnover of 37,500. Tri-Star Modaraba has been a part of the Pakistan Stock Exchange since 1990, with a paid-up capital of Rs 211.63 million.
