Karachi, Ahmad Hassan Textile Mills Limited (AHTM) has announced a board meeting to be held on April 29, 2024, at the company's registered office. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Third Quarterly Un-Audited Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2024. The meeting will also consider the declaration of any entitlement.

Additionally, AHTM has announced a "closed period" from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024. During this time, AHTM Directors, the CEO, or any Executive are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, directly or indirectly. This measure is in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange's Rules Book.
