Lahore, Ghani Value Glass Limited will hold a Board of Directors meeting on April 30, 2024, in Lahore to review the company's financial statements for the third quarter and nine months ending March 31, 2024. The meeting will also cover other business matters.

The company has also initiated a "Closed Period" from April 24 to April 30, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading company shares. This is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1 (d) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
