Karachi: Tri-Pack Films Limited has successfully completed the expansion of its new Biaxially Oriented Poly Propylene (BOPP) film line, significantly enhancing its production capacity, the company announced on July 4, 2024. This expansion, initiated in December 2020, is now fully operational as of July 3, 2024, increasing the company’s total operational capacity from 83,800 metric tons to 123,800 metric tons.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the expansion aligns with Tri-Pack Films Limited's strategic objectives to bolster its market position and cater to the growing demand in both local and international markets. The new state-of-the-art BOPP film line is set to produce advanced packaging solutions, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation and quality in the packaging industry.
The company has complied with all necessary disclosures required under the Securities Act, 2015, including the submission of a detailed disclosure form as outlined in S.R.O. 143(1)/2012. This form, included as 'Annexure – A', details the completion and operational status of the new production line.
