Mr. Thomas Bucher has stepped down as a director of the company, and Mr. Victor Garcia has been appointed to the position with immediate effect. Additionally, Mr. Naveed Kamil has been appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. Patrick Verraes, also with immediate effect.
