Lahore: A meeting of the Board of Directors of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba will take place on July 18, 2024, at the company's registered office located at 72-B, Kot Lakhpat, Industrial Area, Lahore, to deliberate on various agenda items excluding the financial results of the Modaraba.

The company has announced a “Closed Period” starting from July 12, 2024, until July 18, 2024, where no director, CEO, or executive of the Modaraba will be permitted to trade in the certificates of the company. This restriction is in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, the trading activities are restricted to prevent any insider trading ahead of the official board meeting where significant decisions might be taken.
