Karachi: Trading in the Term Finance Certificate (TFC) of United Bank Limited, known as [UBLTFC5], will be suspended temporarily from July 19, 2024, until July 28, 2024, due to scheduled book closure for profit payment. The suspension was announced to facilitate the 22nd profit payment process for the holders of these certificates. The trading is set to resume on July 29, 2024.

United Bank Limited has declared the dates for the book closure from July 21, 2024, to July 28, 2024. This period will allow the bank to process the profit payments due for the said TFC. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the decision aims to ensure that all procedural requirements for the profit payment are met without any trading disruptions.

All stakeholders, including investors and brokers, are advised to take note of these dates to align their trading activities accordingly. The temporary suspension is a routine measure to facilitate the smooth execution of financial distributions related to the TFC.
