Karachi: K-Electric Limited has announced the book closure for its KE SUKUK-5 ahead of the 23rd profit/rental payment, scheduled for May 3, 2026. The transfer books will be closed from April 28, 2026, to May 3, 2026, both days inclusive, to determine entitlement for the upcoming payment.

In an official notice dated April 7, 2026, K-Electric specified that transfer requests must be submitted to CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located at CDC House, 99-B, Block "B'', S.M.C.H.S, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. These requests must be received by the close of business on Monday, April 27, 2026, to ensure that payments are processed in time for eligible transferees.
