Blue-Ex Limited Director Executes Share Purchase

Karachi: A recent transaction by Safina Danish Bahl, a director of Blue-Ex Limited, involved the purchase of 4,824 shares at a rate of 31.01 per share on July 15, 2024, in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.

The shares, issued in the form of CDC certificates, were acquired as per the regulatory requirements under clause 5.6.4 of the PSX regulations. This transaction is scheduled to be reviewed in the upcoming board meeting of Blue-Ex Limited. The review will include an assessment of any potential non-compliance issues as stipulated under clause No. 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also confirmed that the holding period for these shares exceeds six months. However, if this period had been less than six months, the company would have been required to deposit a cheque equivalent to the profit with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as mandated by Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015.
