Karachi: The Board of Directors of Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited is set to meet on July 29, 2024, to deliberate and potentially approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the nine months ending June 30, 2024.

In observance of the standards mandated by Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations, the company has declared a "Closed Period" from July 22, 2024, to July 29, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and other executives are prohibited from trading the company’s shares. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this measure is intended to prevent any insider trading and uphold fair trading practices.
