Karachi: Cnergyico PK Limited, a notable player in the energy sector, has announced its financial results for the three-month period ending September 30, 2026, revealing a significant surge in both revenue and profit. The company disclosed these figures in a report dated October 27, 2026.

The unconsolidated condensed interim statement of profit or loss shows that the company's gross revenue from contracts with customers reached 177.10 billion rupees, a substantial increase from the 81.65 billion rupees reported during the same period in the previous year. After accounting for sales tax, discounts, and other duties amounting to 31.92 billion rupees, the net revenue stood at 145.17 billion rupees, up from 61.61 billion rupees, marking a very large or significant move.

Cost of sales for the quarter was reported at 122.83 billion rupees, up from 60.68 billion rupees in the previous year, resulting in a gross profit of 22.35 billion rupees compared to the 931.59 million rupees recorded the previous year.

Operating profit reached 21.72 billion rupees, a dramatic rise from the 356.85 million rupees recorded in the same period last year. Finance costs increased slightly to 877.22 million rupees from 836.12 million rupees.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company's profit before taxation was 20.85 billion rupees, a substantial recovery from a loss of 479.27 million rupees in the previous year. After accounting for income tax expenses of 7.97 billion rupees, the profit after taxation was reported at 12.88 billion rupees, a stark contrast to the loss of 589.47 million rupees reported during the same period last year.

Earnings per share also saw a significant improvement, rising to 2.34 rupees from a loss of 0.11 rupees per share recorded in the previous year. This financial performance underscores Cnergyico PK Limited's robust growth and recovery over the past year.
