Karachi: Mughal Iron and Steel Industries Limited announced the dates of Book Closure from August 27, 2024 to September 02, 2024 for the 14th rental and 10th principal payment of their Sukuk i.e. [MUGHALSC]. In view of the above, trading in the said Sukuk will be suspended during the period from August 26, 2024 to September 02, 2024 and will resume on September 03, 2024. All the concerned are requested to please note the above.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mughal Iron and Steel Industries Limited will temporarily halt trading of its Sukuk, designated [MUGHALSC], from August 26 to September 02, 2024. This suspension aligns with the book closure dates set from August 27 to September 02, 2024, to facilitate the 14th rental and the 10th principal payment to the Sukuk holders.

Trading is scheduled to recommence on September 03, 2024, following the completion of the payment process. Investors and market participants are advised to adjust their trading plans accordingly and monitor the resumption date closely.
