Karachi: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has undergone a significant change in management, effective August 22, 2024, leading to the resignation and appointment of several board members.
In a substantial reshuffling, Capt. (Retd.) Muhammad Mahmood has stepped down as Chairman, with Mr. Azfar Manzoor appointed as his successor on the same date. The newly formed board now includes Mr. Ahdultahim A. Al Nooryani, Mr. Ahad Khan Cheerna, Mr. Sajjad Ullah Bosal, Mr. Jawad Paul Khawaja, Dr. Mohamed Karim Bennis, Ms. Brooke Marie Lindsay, Mr. Khalid Khurshed, and Mr. Khaled Hegazy.
