Karachi: Engro Fertilizers Limited has successfully credited the second interim cash dividend for 2024 at a rate of Rs. 3.00 per share, equivalent to a 30% dividend rate, into the electronic bank accounts of compliant shareholders on August 21, 2024. The payment was made directly to shareholders who submitted their 24-digit complete IBAN numbers in line with the e-mandate requirements.

The dividend distribution process adheres to the stringent requirements of the Companies Act, 2017. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Engro Fertilizers withheld dividends for shareholders who failed to provide valid IBAN numbers or a valid copy of their CNICs. These individuals have not received their dividends due to non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Shareholders affected by the withholding of dividends are advised to update their banking details and submit valid CNICs to receive their dividends. Engro Fertilizers has informed TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange regarding the credit of dividends and the compliance requirements.
